Change of mind: We begin work on your project immediately after payment, and as such, we are unable to process refunds due to changes in your requirements or circumstances. b. Dissatisfaction: While we strive to provide high-quality services, individual perceptions of satisfaction may vary. We encourage open communication during the consultation process to address any concerns promptly. c. Project Cancellation: In the event you decide to cancel a project after the payment has been made, we will not be able to refund the fees already paid.

2. Exclusions: This No Refund Policy applies to all our consultation services. It also extends to any additional products, materials, or resources that may be offered in connection with the services.

3. Chargebacks and Disputes: In the event of a chargeback or dispute initiated by you with your financial institution or payment provider, you acknowledge and agree that this No Refund Policy constitutes evidence of our transaction and your waiver of the right to dispute the charge.

4. Exceptional Circumstances: In certain exceptional circumstances, such as a duplicate charge or processing error, we will investigate the matter promptly. If we find that a refund is justified, we will process it accordingly. Such exceptions are entirely at our discretion.
